Designed for advanced coverage of your event, where delivery is not so urgent, our Gold service provides the same solution as Platinum but without the LIVE webcasting. Instead, you will save on the cost of a webcasting technician and enjoy a reduced technical set-up by using our ALMOST LIVE service. Your event will be converted and uploaded to our specialist audio/video servers soon after the event at a time that suits your needs (usually within 24 hours).

Event Tag-Ons

In order for you to tailor each of our solutions to effectively suit your needs, we have summarised the most popular additions in the form of our tag-ons. You can add as few or as many of each tag-on to your solution.

Extra filming time: If you are worried your event may run-over the allotted filming time, this tag-on allows you to add more to the session
Extra camera/operator: If you are planning to have a number of speakers or you just want to ensure the footage is interesting for viewers, you can add additional cameras, manned or un-manned.
Vision-Mix slides: If your presenter is using PowerPoint or Keynote, we can mix the slides into the program so your web viewers can follow the discussion.
Hosting of your video on the web: You don’t need to worry about whether your website can handle video, we can use our specialist servers & create a page identical your Company website and place the video on it. No viewer will know the difference!
Extra month’s archiving: If you would like us to host your event on the web for longer, you can purchase additional time.
